All passengers who have booked a shuttle service may consult, modify or reconfirm the details for the departure transfer through our Call Center. Calling (+34) 871 599 993 and introducing last five digits of your voucher for your identification, you can easily access your details through our automatic system and obtain information about your pick up, modify your arrival or departure data as well as leave comments of any issues relevant to the service. Take the advantage of our automatic confirmation system for your consults 24 hours a day or choose the option to talk to one of ours operators during the office opening hours. |
Please note that it is absolutely necessary the reconfirmation of your pick up time for the departure transfer because there are no pre-established routes and information of your transfer or shuttle may vary depending on the number of stops, passengers etc. Please note that in case of no confirmation of the outgoing service the transport will also stop to pick up the passenger according to established schedule, and loosing the right to claim in case of passenger’s absence. We also inform you that the shared transfer (shuttle), is not an individual service, but it is organized in function of demand and it is realized to arrive at the airport at least 120 minutes before the departure of your flight, regardless of the route or number of people who have contracted this service. |
